ITSP (Instrument Top Sample Prep) for Serial Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) or Sample Filtration uses a standard PAL syringe as the solvent reservoir for Microliter's disposable SPE cartridges. The combination replaces expensive dedicated SPE liquid handlers and cumbersome or inconsistent vacuum manifolds.
