Kit for On-Column Liquid Injections in Gas Chromatography
On-column injection is an alternative to the more common split and split-less GC injection techniques. This allows sample to be directly injected onto an analytical or blank pre-column (mega bore) for highest sensitivity.
Fully automated on-column injections are possible with the LEAP designed on-column injection kit. Syringes with special needle gauges are supplied. The fine resolution and wide range of plunger speeds of the PAL autosampler make this an ideal platform for this injection technique.
- Includes modified needle guide to accommodate tapered SGE syringe
- Works with .32, .53 and greater i.d. columns
- Can be retrofitted in the field
