MALDI Spotting with the PAL |
Abstract
MALDI
The PAL can be programmed to spot MALDI target plates with small volumes of either sample or matrix. The strategy described here involves two processes.
- Spotting Matrix using the syringe needle to pick up multiple aliquots then multi-dispensing the spots onto the target. The macro used is called “Matrix Multi-dispense”
- Spotting individual samples using disposable tips. The macro used is called “Sample Spotting”.
