Overview
Whatman Mini Uniprep syringeless filters offer a convenient way of filtering samples containing particulates prior to introduction on an HPLC system. They come with 2 pore sizes and may different filter substrates (see link below for details). They are designed for manual operation but are not conducive to high throughput - repeated pressing by hand being quite fatiguing.
LEAP has developed a "Press" accessory for the PAL which allows samples to be filtered reliably and repeatably.
